What we collect
When you send an enquiry or ask for a price, we receive the details you type in the form:
- your name and email address
- your phone or WhatsApp number, if you give it
- where you would like to go, how many people are travelling, your interests and your message
- the tour you asked about and the language you used on the site
We do not ask for passport numbers, card numbers or other payment details on this website.
Why we use it
We use your details only to answer your enquiry, send you a quote and plan your trip. We do not sell your information, and we do not send you newsletters unless you ask us to.
How we contact you
We reply the way you choose in the form: by WhatsApp, email or phone. WhatsApp and email are run by other companies, and their own privacy policies apply to the messages they carry.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years, so we can help you again or answer questions about a past trip. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work:
- one cookie that remembers whether you chose English or Lao
- security cookies that protect the enquiry form from misuse
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
